This port wine is created as a tribute to the beginning of the hunt and the community that unites hunters under the Parole. It is here where nature meets tradition, and where the spirit of the hunt gathers in the joy of anticipation.
Our Winemaker in Douro has crafted a special blend of port wines, aged in small oak barrels until it was bottled in this unique edition. The port wine is made from the traditional grape varieties of Douro. The color, complexity, and viscosity suggest that the blend has the character of being around 10 years old.
The wine has enticing aromas of red fruit jams, exhibiting both freshness and a complex development of the port wine.
It is ready to be enjoyed without the need for decanting and is ideal as an aperitif, a delicious companion to desserts and cheeses, or as a glass in good company in the fresh outdoors. Serve it chilled, between 14 and 16˚C.
This port wine is the perfect companion to the Parole – a quiet toast to the day ahead, a moment to gather thoughts and focus, and can be nicely paired with small hunting snacks such as dried game meat or nuts.
