Very close optic to the 20-year-old. The bouquet of this Port is over the top in terms of sophistication; initially pure honey, chopped cashews, curry, sweet tobacco leaf, and butterscotch. Really powerful and ever changing. For a second, I noted some sun-dried tomato, and on the next whiff it was gone. Medium weight and seemingly less dense than the prior pair (10/20). It was certainly lighter after several sips. There was a slight bitter note, and unlike the others, there was a degree of alcohol that was more overt. Very soft, elegant with slightly less intensity, here the finish was medium-long.
