Lavender Lemonade

- 7.5 cl White port wine
- 1 Lemon
- 4 cl Homemade lavender syrup
- 3 cl Sparkling lemonade
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
How to Make Homemade Lavender Syrup:
Making lavender syrup is simple and easy to prepare in advance.
Ingredients:
- 240 g Water
- 200 g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Dried lavender flowers
Instructions:
- Combine water, sugar, and lavender flowers in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Let the syrup simmer on low heat for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and let it steep for 30 minutes.
- Strain the syrup into a container and let it cool.
TIP! Lavender syrup can last up to two weeks in the fridge, making it perfect for preparing ahead of a dinner party or gathering.
How to Make Lavender Lemonade:
- Cut half a lemon into wedges and slice the other half for garnish.
- Muddle the lemon wedges in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
