PEDRA NO. 03 WHITE PORT, PEAR SYRUP, LIME JUICE & SODA WATER
STORY
Our version of the classic mojito, where the purist might argue for crushed ice, but the origin — and the most delicious way to drink it — is with cubed ice. A few drops of pear syrup really add texture to this serving, but for the home drinker, it can also work just with white port, lime, and soda water.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50 ml Pedra No. 03
- 25 ml Pear syrup
- 25 ml Lime juice
- 100 ml Soda water
TASTE NOTES:
Subtle release of herbaceous, malic, and herbal notes, shining brightly thanks to the bubbly crispness.
GLASSWARE:
Highball glass
METHOD:
Place a handful of whole mint leaves (with stems) at the bottom of a highball glass. Pour all ingredients (except soda water) over the mint. Add ice cubes to the top of the glass. Top with soda water, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
