STORY

The wet martini deserves a long-overdue revival. A blend of our own Pedra No. 03 white port, a good London dry gin, and vermouth creates a balanced yet generous mouthfeel. In our opinion, this is the ultimate Martini.

Delightfully rounded mouthfeel with citrus on the nose and a refreshing finish.

GLASSWARE

Coupette glass

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml Pedra No. 03
  • 25 ml A good London Dry Gin (substitute with vodka for a more port-focused serving)
  • 15 ml Dry vermouth. We like Schofields from Asterley Brothers.

METHOD:

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass or shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes.
  3. Stir for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupette glass.
  5. Garnish with a citrus peel, zesting it over the drink and placing it on top.
